nadimTerms of Use

We at nadim set out these terms to clarify our mutual obligations—yours as our user, and ours as your platform operator. When you register with nadim, you agree to these conditions. Our terms cover account opening, deposit and withdrawal rules, how we settle markets, what happens if disputes arise, and the jurisdictions where we operate. We update these terms occasionally; we'll notify you of material changes, and continued use of nadim means you accept the updated version.

Our nadim platform operates only where local law permits. We do not offer services in jurisdictions where online football betting, live-dealer games, or esports markets are prohibited. Before you open an account with nadim, verify that your location allows access to our services. We are responsible for enforcing our own compliance; you are responsible for confirming your eligibility.

This guide explains the key terms that govern your relationship with nadim. It covers account integrity, payment security, market settlement rules, and how we handle disputes. We encourage you to read this document in full before opening an account.

Account Opening and Eligibility

When you register with nadim, we require accurate personal information: your legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. We use this data to verify your identity and confirm your age. We do not create accounts for individuals under the legal age specified by your jurisdiction; we treat any underage registration as grounds for immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.

Our nadim account-opening process includes Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. We ask for government-issued ID and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or lease agreement). We retain these documents for compliance and dispute resolution; we do not share them with third parties except where required by law. Once you complete KYC, nadim unlocks deposit access. If your verification is rejected, we notify you of the reason and offer you a chance to resubmit documents.

You may hold only one nadim account. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, we close all but one and may forfeit balances. You agree not to share your account credentials, and you agree that you are solely liable for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact nadim support immediately.

Our nadim account security commitments

We encrypt your login credentials and store them securely. We do not store your payment-provider passwords or banking details; we only store references to your approved payment methods so you don't re-enter them for every transaction. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher) for all data in transit. We conduct regular security audits and maintain firewalls to protect against unauthorized access.

However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If nadim suffers a data breach due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will notify affected users without undue delay and provide guidance on account protection. We will not be liable for losses resulting from user negligence (e.g., sharing your password or using public WiFi without a VPN).

"We at nadim operate with transparency: our terms are here, our policies are documented, and our support team speaks plainly about how our platform works."

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Bonus Terms

nadim accepts deposits via six e-wallet providers—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment—and via e-wallet, plus bank virtual accounts issued by mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. We do not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or money-transfer services. When you deposit, you authorize nadim to debit your payment method and credit your nadim balance. All deposits are final; we do not reverse them except in cases of fraud or technical error.

Withdrawals are processed back to your original payment method. We do not convert withdrawal funds to alternative payment methods. Once you request a withdrawal, nadim initiates it within standard business hours (typically Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Jakarta time, WIB). Settlement time depends on your payment provider and bank; we do not guarantee fixed withdrawal times. Some e-wallets settle within 1–3 hours; bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. nadim does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees.

nadim does not offer bonus promotions or matching deposits. Any promotional offer we advertise is clearly stated with terms and conditions; we do not hide conditions in fine print. We do not offer "Game Rules" messaging, account controls tooling, or deposit-limit features tied to promotional claims. Our platform is available only where local law permits.

Market Settlement and Dispute Rules

We at nadim settle football markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League) based on official final scores. Once a match concludes and nadim's settlement team verifies the official result, we mark your market as settled. For most matches, settlement occurs within one hour of the final whistle. For matches with disputed outcomes (VAR reviews, referee decisions, match postponement), settlement may take longer; nadim will notify you of the delay.

Live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) and slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) settle instantly. Once the dealer closes the round or the spin result is final, nadim records the outcome immediately. Esports markets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile) settle based on official tournament results; nadim uses recognized esports governing bodies as our source of truth.

If you believe nadim settled a market incorrectly, you have 30 days to file a dispute. Contact our support team with your account ID, market ID, and a description of the issue. nadim investigates disputes within 10 business days and notifies you of the outcome. If we find an error, we correct your balance immediately. If we find no error, we explain our settlement decision and close the dispute.

Our nadim rules for market voiding

We void a market (cancel it and refund your stake) if the underlying event is postponed, cancelled, or significantly altered in a way that changes the market's meaning. For example, if a Liga 1 match is postponed without a rescheduled date, we void all markets on that match. If a match is rescheduled but the market mechanics remain the same (e.g., "Jakarta to win"), we honor the market and settle based on the rescheduled match outcome.

We also void markets if nadim detects fraud, collusion, or breach of our terms. If we identify suspicious activity on your account, we may suspend it pending investigation. If we confirm misconduct, we reserve the right to close your account and forfeit your balance. We will explain our decision in writing and offer a dispute process if you disagree.

Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

nadim operates only in jurisdictions where our services are legal and permitted. We do not offer access from regions where online football betting, live-dealer games, slots, or esports markets are prohibited. If you access nadim from a restricted jurisdiction, we may suspend your account without notice. You are responsible for verifying that your location permits access to nadim before you register.

Our platform complies with Indonesian financial regulations, anti-money-laundering (AML) standards, and payment-provider policies. We report transaction activity as required by law. If nadim becomes aware of illegal activity on your account—money laundering, fraud, underage access—we will cooperate with law enforcement and may freeze your account and balance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any legal disputes between you and nadim are resolved through arbitration or, if arbitration fails, through courts in Jakarta. We encourage users to resolve disputes through our support team first; formal legal proceedings are expensive and slow for both parties.

Your Rights and Our Obligations

When you use nadim, you retain ownership of your account balance. nadim is a custodian of your funds; we do not own or invest your balance. If nadim ceases operations, we will freeze all accounts and distribute balances to users according to verified account ownership.

You have the right to access your account data, including your transaction history, market settlement records, and personal information. You can download this data as a file (CSV or PDF) from your nadim account settings. You can also request data deletion (subject to legal retention requirements); we will comply within 30 days unless law requires us to retain it.

nadim has the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. We will email you and display a notice on your account dashboard. If you do not agree with the new terms, you can close your account without penalty within the 30-day notice period. After 30 days, continued use of nadim means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy and Data Retention

nadim collects personal data (name, email, phone, date of birth, ID number, address) for account verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We retain this data for at least five years after account closure, as required by Indonesian financial law. We do not sell your data to third parties.
