Log in to your nadim account and go to Settings. From there, you can update your email, phone number, and password. You can also view your account tier, transaction history, and account preferences. If you wish to pause activity temporarily, contact our support team and request a voluntary pause. We will suspend your account for a period you specify (minimum 24 hours). During a pause, you cannot deposit, withdraw, or place new markets. Your existing markets remain open and settle normally. To resume, contact support again. For permanent account closure, submit a request via Settings or contact support directly.

On the nadim login page, click "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address or username. We will send a password-reset link to your registered email. Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. For security, we do not reset passwords via phone or live chat. You must use the email link to verify your identity.

Payments and transactions

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one business day. Once approved, the funds are transferred back to your original payment method. E-wallet transfers (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically arrive within 1–4 hours. Bank virtual-account transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal times vary based on payment provider processing and bank settlement windows. We do not charge withdrawal fees. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the typical window, contact our support team with your transaction ID.

Yes. nadim supports deposits and withdrawals via virtual accounts from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. When you choose a bank virtual account at deposit, we generate a unique account number for your nadim account. Transfer your funds to that number from your personal bank account. The deposit is credited to your nadim balance within 1–2 hours. For withdrawals, we transfer your funds back to the bank account you used for your original deposit. Bank transfers are secure and subject to your bank's standard verification procedures. If you have questions about your bank's transfer limits or fees, contact your bank directly.
